• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged.

• To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate..

• Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. As a small independent business, each piece is handled with care, and occasional delays may occur during busy periods. If there is any delay, you will be notified.
