To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
