We are a small independent business based in the United Kingdom, selling handmade and found-object artworks.

Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. Due to the handmade and found-object nature of our work, slight variations, imperfections, or marks may occur. These are considered part of the character of each piece and not faults.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours and textures may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, product availability, or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared.

Shipping

Shipping is carried out in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs processes.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Shipping & Returns Policy and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Customers have the right to cancel and return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, unless the item is exempt (e.g. custom or made-to-order items).

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, artwork, and designs, remains the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss or damage

  • Loss resulting from misuse of products

  • Loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights under UK law.
